Immunization Clinic
Immunization Clinics are held the 4th Tuesday of every month 1:00PM-4:00PM. Call 308-432-8979 for an appointment.
Immunization records will be kept up-to-date with local immunization providers. There are no income guidelines.
A $10 donation per family is encouraged.
Why should children and teens have regular Health Checks?
